Export Trade: Nigerian Palm oil merchant appoints German as European agent

One of the big palm oil/kernel dealers in the South East -Nigeria, CPEGECE Company and Sons Nigeria Limited, has appointed German-born Mr Numan Gunduz as its coordinating export receiving agent for Europe.

According to a release by CPEGECE Company and Sons Nigeria Limited media office, Mr Gunduz was appointed by its Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Crown Prince Ezeilo Chibuike Ekenna to be in charge of the export products from Nigeria, adding that the company hopes to begin the export of palm oil to Europe with Germany as the starting point.

The media office of CPEGECE Company and Sons Nigeria Limited, disclosed that the Chairman/CEO, Crown Prince Ekenna has scheduled a business tour of possible destination countries around the world for his company’s export, starting with Europe.

The move is hoped to kickstart export of the company’s stored palm produce, especially palm oil, adding that the company has stored drums of palm oil that can fill three shipments.

It will be recalled that the Chairman/CEO of CPEGECE Company and Sons Nigeria Limited, who visited Germany in 2024 on a business tour is finalizing arrangements for the immediate palm oil export to Germany if all modalities are completed between CEPEGECE and their Germany representative, Mr. Numan Gunduz.

The CPEGECE Company and Sons Nigeria Limited with headquarters in Aba South East Nigeria, has been selling and distributing palm produce across the Northern and Western parts of Nigeria using its business agents and has planned to access the export market in Europe, Asia and America.
