But if you were to know the antecedents of Jefferson Uwoghiren Esq, you would understand that his tapestry is in his artistry,to wit: charisma and flamboyance.To depict the anecdote spurned above, the Jefferson Uwoghiren led Niger College Old Students’ Association NICOSA, has caught international news attention as our national convention is presently the talk of town, as Members from all across the World have made plans to have a reunion with their class mates and use the vintage occasion, as opportunity to give back to the school, who made us.
