The Echegini family has clarified reports linking them with the family of Super Eagles midfielder, Alex Iwobi. Mr. Godswill Echegini, speaking on the matter, dismissed the claims as misleading and urged the public to always verify information before believing or spreading it.
He explained that Chika, mentioned in the report, is his younger brother who currently resides with him, stressing that Chika is a man and should not be misrepresented. Mr. Echegini also pointed out that his wife hails from Umueleagwa Onicha, insisting that facts concerning his family should be cross-checked before circulation.
