The breakthrough was revealed on Saturday, 10 October 2026, by the Bishop of Ahiara, Most Rev. Dr Simeon Okezuo Nwobi, CMF, during a media briefing attended by members of his Presbyterium. Visibly elated, the Bishop described the dual accreditation as the fulfilment of a long-held dream and expressed deep gratitude to everyone who contributed to making it a reality.

Both colleges are located opposite each other in a serene and conducive setting at Ogbe Ahiara Mbaise, right beside St Patrick Secondary School. With the official nod now secured, the Bishop declared admissions open with immediate effect.
