Humanitarian and grassroots mobilizer High Chief Dr. Summers Vitus Nwokie (Akaji Ikukuoma Mbaise) has officially defected from the APC to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), describing the move as a strategic step to better serve his people.
Nwokie emphasized that his decision was not born of dissatisfaction but of aligning with a platform that offers a clearer path to realizing the political aspirations of Owerri Zone. He expressed gratitude to APC allies while calling on supporters to rally behind his new chapter.
