Imo Health Insurance Scheme: Group powers 200 indigent persons enrollment

Members of Ofu Obi Onwa Association, a platform of appointees of Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State, has facilitated the enrollment of about 200 indigent Imo citizens into the Health Insurance Scheme of the State.

The government appointees on Wednesday 11th June, 2025 did not only cover the enrollment fees or these persons chosen from across the 27 Local Government Areas in the state, but also sponsored their transportation from the various local government areas to Imo State Data Center, located at the Twin House office of Sir Terrece Ohajiaka, who is equally a valued member of the association.

The Association led by her Chairman, Hon. Wilson Nwafor, Special Adviser to the Governor on Regional Integration and Cooperation, demonstrated remarkable commitment to improving the lives of Imo State citizens.
