We had earlier expressed our wonderment at the blatant electoral heist executed in 7 wards of Okigwe Local Government Area of Imo State, where elections did not hold, but results were declared. To make a bad story even worse, in the 4 wards of the same Okigwe Local Government Area where elections were indeed conducted, we witnessed another level, nay degree of criminality also perpetrated by the same Professors Sylvia Agu and Godson Osueke. We fail to comprehend how on earth eminent academics like the duo mentioned above could choose to trade criminality for integrity.
The electoral criminality carried out in Okigwe Local Government Area on the 25th of February, 2023 was so grave, pervasive, and ultimately near-unforgivable by both men and God.
In the 4 wards of Okigwe Local Government Area aforementioned, the total number of BVAS accredited voters in the 4 wards were 2,730 voters.
Incredibly and in furtherance of their criminality, Professors Sylvia Agu and Godson Osueke cooked up over 28,000 votes that were allocated to the APC candidate from the same 4 wards, where less than 3000 persons cast their votes. What kind of conjuring or magic is that?
This rascality of Professors Sylvia Agu and Godson Osueke has generated genuine worry over the type of relationship they maintain with their students at UNN and FUTO , respectively. Is it not an indication that these two professors will give an A score to students who did not even sit for an examination, while those who sat for it will score an F, based on primordial considerations? This is really worrisome!
Professor Sylvia Agu as a Public Administrator while Professor Godson Osueke s a Mechanical Engineer, so how come an administrator and an engineer got involved in this kind of heinous crime against a people? This is shameful!
As the Returning Officer, Professor Godson Osueke had the duty of cross-checking the BVAS before accepting results from the wards, but to everyone’s surprise, he shirked his duty, and actively participated in performing the heinous act himself; which shows that students under his watch, especially those under his supervision are in serious trouble.
To recap, the number of accredited voters in the 4 wards was 2,730 in total. But at the collation centre, the votes cast by less than 3000 voters metamorphosed to over 28,000 votes for the APC candidate.
Nigerians should kindly help me to ask Professors Sylvia Agu and Godson Osueke, how about 2,730 accredited voters could have generated to over 28, 000 votes.
Professors Sylvia Agu and Godson Osueke, need to explain this overflow and inflation in accredited votes in the 4 wards of Okigwe Local Government Area.
