Imo Royal Father, HRH Eze Nwagbaraji commends Governor Uzodimma on roads infrastructure

The Traditional Ruler of Ola-elem Autonomous Community, Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area, HRH, Eze Barr. Dr. Ambrose Nwagbaraji (Akpuobi III), has commended Imo State Governor, Sen. Hope Uzodnma, for his achievements in road infrastructural development in the state, pointing out that no former governor did enough to match what he has achieved on road network.

In an exclusive interview with a Newspoint,Eze Nwagbaraji,an economist and legal practitioner stated that local and foreign investors can only be attracted with good roads and adequate security system, describing administration as what is done to impact People’s life.

He also eulogized the governor for taking over the Ministry of Lands in order to checkmate corrupt officials and the impunity of land grabbers.

According to the traditional ruler who said he is data-driven, he had injected development in his community through the construction of a multi-million Naira Akpuobi Pavilion; attracted two hotels, nearing completion and stopped communal palm closure, which he said was sustaining the poor and vulnerable in the community.

He advised communities to pay attention to education of their children, particularly, Technological skills acquisition, adding “It takes a community to raise a child. Communities can not be developed by government or foreigners but the indigenes”

The royal father regretted that detractors in his community are more than the progressives,stating further;”You can not ‘shepherdize’ a poor community if you don’t have the capacity to move it from point to point.

“Our community is poor. However, we have a responsibility to develop our community, since our legacy is what we did when we are alive, not when we are dead”.

HRH Eze Nwagbaraji equally advised managements of companies based in the state to join the stock exchange market, stressing that it is the best way to raise capital.
