… As Onijegun of Ijegun land blesses him
The traditional Spokesperson for Ndigbo, Chief Engr Ejike Iwu, Onuigbo Ndigbo Gburugburu has been bestowed with an Honorary Doctorate degree in Leadership and Social Cultural Organisational Development by Haggai International Bible College.
In a letter of invitation to Onuigbo Ndigbo Gburugburu, which was signed by the Prof Olu Osadolor Kotoye, the College, which is a pan African University of Theology and Leadership Studies, in affiliation with Open University of Theology USA, stated that the award is presented this Saturday 12th October, 2024 at EBS HIBC College Alimosho, Lagos.
The letter disclosed that the College “is pleased to inform you that your nomination and recommendation for the distinguished Doctorate Degree Han’s has been approved”.
During a courtesy visit on the Onijegun of Ijegun Land, Oba Nureni Alani Akimremi, the royal father blessed the Igbo traditional Spokesperson.
The award recipient told the traditional ruler to always call on him if any misunderstanding arises among the Igbos and his people instead of escalating such issues in his domain.
Chief Engr Iwu is a musician and comedian and managing director of Dr ejistainless harmless Ltd.
He is also the Founder Onuigbo Ndigbo Global Foundation as well as the Ikoro Mbaise Media Director.
He had been honoured by many organisations, which includes award as a philanthropist, award for Cultural Orientation and Publicity, award as Igbo Cultural icon, award as Mouth piece of Mbaise and the Igbo voice for the voiceless.
