Members of Rebuild Imo Movement in Orlu LGA of Imo State have officially unveiled the African Democratic Congress (ADC), as their political party.
Over 300 members and leaders attended the event, which took place at the home of Hon. Paschal Okolie, displaying their commitment and enthusiasm.
The event featured the introduction of a new musical chant, which is expected to energize the party’s movement. The atmosphere was lively and the members had an unforgettable experience that fostered camaraderie and unity.
Speaking at the occasion, the Rebuild Imo Movement Coordinator for Orlu LGA, Hon. Aloma Uchenna revealed that the launch of ADC in Orlu LGA is part of the party’s larger effort to build a stronger presence in the state, adding that the party aims to bring people together and work towards a brighter future for Imo State.
Dr. Vincent Udokwu, Imo State Director-General of the Rebuild Imo Movement, expressed gratitude to members and incoming members from other parties who have pledged their support to the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
Ugwumba Damian Ezeagu, a notable leader in Orlu, expressed hope that the new party holds promise and would bring solutions to the challenges faced by Nigerians and urged members to remain committed.
Other prominent leaders who were present at the event, include; Hon. Aloysius Oluigbo, Chief Livy Unigwe, Dr. Kizito Emeka Obioha, Hon. Pascal Okolie, Barr. Robert Udensi, Hon. Izuh Lemeh, Nneoma Anderline Asika, Mr. Fidelis Adimekwe, Chief Basil Nwokike, Chief Willinga Osondu, Mrs. Theresa Nwanekezi, Chief Marcel Ezenwa and 13 ward chairmen with their officers.
