Sen. Ned Nwoko extols Asagba of Asaba on 70th Birthday Anniversary

Senator Ned Nwoko, representing Delta North Senatorial District, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the traditional ruler (Asagba) of Asaba in Delta State, Professor Epiphany Azinge,  as he celebrates a monumental milestone – his 70th birthday anniversary.

The Senator lauded Prof. Azinge’s exemplary leadership, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to the development of Asaba and Delta State.

In a statement, Senator Nwoko described the Asagba as a “symbol of unity, a beacon of knowledge, and a steadfast custodian of tradition.” He highlighted Prof. Azinge’s contributions to education, community empowerment, and cultural preservation, noting that his reign has bridged the past and present, fostering peace and progress in Asaba. “Your Majesty’s life is a testament to service. Your academic achievements, humility, and commitment to uplifting others inspire us all,” Senator Nwoko said. “As a leader, you embody the values of integrity, compassion, and vision. This milestone is not just a celebration of age, but a celebration of a legacy.”

The Senator prayed for Prof. Azinge long life, good health, and continued guidance for the people of Asaba. He acknowledged the Asagba’s role in promoting inter-community harmony and regional development, citing initiatives like the establishment of the Asaba International Airport and improved educational infrastructure as transformative milestones under his tenure.

“Asagba Azinge leadership exemplifies the power of quiet strength,” said senator Ned Nwoko . “He is a pillar of stability, whose wisdom transcends borders.”
