… Pledges support to his governorship ambition

An Imo royal father has described the governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, Hon Obinna Bright Ekwebelem, as a progressive minded young man.
Receiving the governorship candidate who visited as part of his statewide consultation at the royal palace in Nguru in Aboh Mbaise LGA of Imo State, HRH Eze (Engr) Kenneth Oparaji, Onu na Ekwuru Igbo Rivers/Bayelsa, assured the SDP candidate of his unalloyed support to the project.
In his words, “You are a young man who I see as a Progressive and must be supported. Be rest assured of my unfettered support as it concerns your aspiration. In due time, the needful would be done”.
Eze Oparaji solicited the support of young’s person for Hon Ekwebelem, urging the youths to queue behind the candidate with progressive mindset so that Imo State will have a fresh air.
In his speech at the Royal Palace, the Imo SDP gubernatorial candidate, Hon Ekwebelem poured encomiums on Eze Oparaji who he described as a man of honor having distinguished himself home and abroad and gained much respect.
Hon Ekwebelem who disclosed why he visited the palace said: “I and my team are here to inform you of my candidacy and zeal to run for the Imo top seat.
“I know the Imo terrain here because I attended school here in Imo State, married here, do my business here. So I know the heartbeat of Imolites”.
