There have been jubilations across Ngor Okpla and Aboh Mbaise federal constituency following the outcome of the election petition tribunal sitting in Owerri, Imo state which struck out the matter brought before it by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and its Candidate Albert Chibuzor Agulanna.
The duo had challenged the emergence of Attorney Matthew Nwogu as winner of the just concluded National Assembly elections.
In the unanimous judgement, the tribunal declared that Albert Agulanna was never a candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and therefore lacked the legal right to challenge the declaration of Matthew Nwogu as the duly elected House of Representatives member for Aboh Mbaise/ Ngor Okpala federal constituency, warning him against instituting frivolous suits as the court was not a play ground.
