The Men’s Ministries of St. Barnabas Church Orji has honoured Hon. Sir Egbukichi Uzoma Desmond, KSc (De Bill), with an Award of Honour in recognition of his contributions to the growth of God’s work and service to humanity.

Receiving the recognition as “God’s Kingdom Builder,” during the 2026 Father’s Day celebration, Sir Egbukichi expressed deep gratitude to God and described the honour as more than a personal achievement, saying it represents a renewed call to greater dedication, love, and commitment in serving both God and society.

He appreciated the church leadership, the Men’s Ministries and all those who considered him worthy of the award, noting that their encouragement would inspire him to do more in supporting the mission of the Church and positively impacting lives.

Sir Egbukichi dedicated the award to God Almighty, his family, friends, mentors and supporters who have stood by him throughout his journey.

He also prayed for grace for believers to remain faithful in God’s vineyard and continue building His Kingdom through service and love, declaring that all glory belongs to God.
