… Says his electoral victory has been judicially affirmed
Following the Court of Appeal ruling on Ahiazu Mbaise State Constituency seat at the Imo State House of Assembly, Founder of Ikukundu Foundation, Ikukundu Iyke Anyanwu, has congratulated Hon Samuel Nkem Otuibe on his judicial victory.
