NDLEA, SA on Narcotics pay courtesy visit on Imo First Lady, Barr Mrs Uzodimma, present WADA award to her

In a significant display of respect and cooperation, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Imo State Command, led by Commander CN Nnyigide Alexander Chinonye, paid a courtesy call on Barr. Dr. Chioma Uzodimma, the wife of the Governor of Imo State.

The NDLEA team was guided to the meeting by Chief Ezechukwu N. Obonna, Special Adviser to the Governor on Narcotics and Illicit Drugs Monitoring, highlighting the state government’s commitment to addressing the issue of drug abuse and trafficking.

During the visit, the NDLEA team presented Barr. Dr. Uzodimma with a prestigious War Against Drug Abuse (WADA) award in recognition of her support and contributions to the agency’s efforts in combating drug abuse and trafficking in the state.

The NDLEA team was warmly received by Barr. Dr. Uzodimma, who commended the agency’s efforts in combating drug abuse and trafficking in the state. The meeting provided an opportunity for both parties to discuss ways of strengthening their collaboration in promoting a drug-free society.
